Qualifications

  • Servicing and maintaining fire, security, and CCTV systems to British Standards.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver planned maintenance and reactive service calls to Fire and Security systems.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, providing updates and technical insights.
  • Identify and carry out remedial works and small installations.
