Location: Huntingdon
Salary: £13.50ph

Interaction Recruitment are currently seeking recycling operatives to work with an established manufacturing client in Huntingdon. They are looking for candidates to commit to long‑term with potential permanent opportunities. You'll play a key role in the safe and efficient processing of recyclable materials, helping us reduce waste and support a cleaner environment. Experience within a manufacturing environment is advantageous, however full on‑site training is provided.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sort recyclable materials safely and accurately
  • Operate machinery and equipment (training provided)
  • Maintain a clean and safe working area
  • Identify and remove contaminants from recycling streams
  • Follow health and safety procedures at all times
  • Work as part of a team to meet daily targets
About You
  • Physically fit and comfortable working on your feet
  • Able to work in a fast‑paced, manual environment
  • Good attention to detail
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Previous experience in waste/recycling is beneficial but not essential
  • Ideally have a Counterbaclance FLT licence or FLT experience
