Recruiters play a vital role in expanding and strengthening XR. You will write role descriptions, engage volunteer candidates, and onboard new members who are passionate about driving climate action.

• Support an XRUK team by writing roles and opportunities they need to recruit.

• Check in with team members about their fit with roles, projects, and the team generally, offering feedback.
• Suggest improvements to recruitment processes and role matching to enhance team performance.
