Job summary

A healthcare charity is seeking a dedicated Recruitment & Employee Services Team Leader to lead their People & Culture team. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment for various roles and providing expert guidance on recruitment strategies. Suitable candidates will have a strong background in recruitment, particularly in healthcare or charity sectors, and demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills. This position offers a salary ranging from £36,971 to £43,792 per annum with hybrid working options.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles, including executive-level positions.
  • Provide expert advice to managers on recruitment strategies and compliance.
  • Oversee onboarding, payroll transactions, and workforce data management.
  • Ensure governance processes for professional registrations, right-to-work checks, and DBS compliance.
  • Lead and support the recruitment and transactional services team, fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment.

Salary: £36,971 to £43,792 per annum

Hours: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week

Location: Hybrid with onsite working at the main hospice site in Havering-atte-Bower, RM4 1QH

About the Role

You will lead and develop our recruitment and employee services team, ensuring high performance and a professional, customer-focused approach. This role is pivotal in supporting workforce planning, managing end-to-end recruitment campaigns, and overseeing employment lifecycle administration, supporting payroll and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
