Recruiter - Six Month Fixed Term Contract

Based in Lochore, Fife with travel to our retail locations across Central Scotland.

Salary: £25,000 - £25,500 per annum

Hours: Full Time, 8:30 - 16:30, Mon - Fri (flexibility may be discussed)

Purpose

To play a key role in the attraction and selection of excellent candidates for a variety of roles across the retail and operational aspects of the business.

We use traditional baking methods to produce the finest, freshest, mouthwatering products which we only sell in our own Bakery Shops.

What will YOU do

Manage the full recruitment cycle from advertising vacancies, to screening and interviewing candidates and onboarding new colleagues.

  • Advertise vacancies using our ATS
  • Screen applicants for retail and operational roles
  • Conduct first-stage interviews and assess suitability for the position and team
  • Liaise with multiple stakeholders and update recruitment tracker
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment and onboarding standards
  • Attend recruitment events and open days
  • Travel across our retail network to interview and engage with candidates
About YOU
  • You'll have proven experience in recruitment either in an internal role or with an agency
  • Experienced interviewer with excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Strong understanding of compliance and candidate screening
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and prioritise quality over quantity
  • Must have a personal vehicle and be willing to travel across Central Scotland.
