Working Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday: 16:00-20:00, Saturday & Sunday: 17:00-21:00

The Role

As a Receptionist you’ll play a vital role in providing a first-class customer experience to all those who visit our centre; ensuring consistent, efficient and friendly service is given throughout each customer’s experience.

Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet all customers upon arrival, assisting them as required.
  • Process bookings for classes, swimming lessons and our sports facilities.
  • Taking accurate payments in accordance with company policy.
  • Be knowledgeable of and promote all activities, classes, membership options and offers.
  • To carry out any other duties as assigned by the Reception Team Leader.

This role will be based at Guildford but will be expected to travel to other company site as the need requires.
