We are looking for a Corporate Receptionist to join Rapport and be part of one of our innovative and creative Front of House teams at one of our most prestigious client sites in the City of London. You will play a crucial role in making a client’s arrival journey seamless and memorable through engagement and innovation.

Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday; shift rota between 7 AM and 7 PM)

Main responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer and client service, ensuring every task is completed to an outstanding standard.
  • Create a smooth and memorable arrival experience for clients through proactive engagement and creative thinking.
  • Uphold Rapport’s service principles when greeting and interacting with all visitors, guests, and colleagues.
  • Meet and escort guests to meeting rooms, offering assistance with coats, luggage, or other needs.
  • Handle all enquiries (whether face-to-face, by phone, or email) promptly, efficiently, and with professionalism.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of building facilities to confidently assist and guide guests.
  • Support the coordination and delivery of events, including registration desks and pre-event preparations.
  • Collaborate effectively with partner teams to foster a unified “one team” service approach.
