Job summary

A hospitality venue in Loughborough is looking for a friendly Reception team member. This full-time position includes a minimum of 30 hours per week with a pay rate of £12.60 per hour. You will welcome guests effectively while delivering excellent customer service. A year of experience in customer-facing roles is required, but training is provided. We currently have a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and friendly individualwho enjoys working in a fast-paced environmentto join our Reception team at the Link Hotel.

We are looking for a confident individual with excellent customer service skills, who can communicate effectively with both guests and team members. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, welcoming them all with a smile! You must be able to use your initiative and work well under pressure, in order to exceed our guest’s expectations by consistently delivering excellent service.

You will have a minimum of one years’ experience in a customer facing role. Experience in a busy, volume driven front of house hospitality operation is desirable, although not essential as full training will be given.
