Job description

An opportunity has arisen for experienced reception staff to work within the clinical area of the Emergency Department, Raigmore Hospital, Inverness. You will be based predominately within the clinical area but be required to work between there and the reception area as demand requires.

Responsibilities
  • Undertake a range of administrative duties including the use of specialist systems, dealing with patients and relatives inquiries and updating the department’s information system.
Work Hours

This post is 18 hours per week averaged over a 3 week rolling rota. The hours worked are from 1000-1600 and 1600-2200.

Requirements
  • Good educational background with at least two years office experience.
  • Accurate keyboard skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Self-motivated with excellent communication and organisational skills.
