A healthcare organization in Inverness seeks experienced reception staff for the Emergency Department. The role involves undertaking various administrative duties, managing patient inquiries, and updating the department’s information system. Candidates should have a strong educational background, at least two years of office experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. An opportunity has arisen for experienced reception staff to work within the clinical area of the Emergency Department, Raigmore Hospital, Inverness. You will be based predominately within the clinical area but be required to work between there and the reception area as demand requires.
This post is 18 hours per week averaged over a 3 week rolling rota. The hours worked are from 1000-1600 and 1600-2200.
