What you’ll be doing…
  • Provide switchboard cover and administration support
  • Co-ordinate the office facilities e.g. stationery supplies, photocopiers, catering
  • Organise lunches - including setting out the lunch, making tea and coffee, meeting room bookings, taxi arrangements
  • Greet all callers/visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • To promote a professional, pro-active and positive image of the company at all times
  • Assist Office Manager with maintenance / general office tasks/ Health & Safety records as required
