The pay range is based on your skills and experience. The standard rate for a 30‑minute viewing is £19, with higher rates for longer appointments, inspections or photographic assignments.

Flexibility

• Work on a freelance basis; accept or reject appointment invitations as you wish.
• Payment is offered per appointment; the most common being £19 for a “Standard 30‑minute Viewing”.
• Viewber is nationwide; you will be offered appointments within the radius you specify.

What You’ll Need

• Excellent communication skills.
• Be punctual, reliable and comfortable working alone.
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
• A DBS or Disclosure Scotland certificate, dated within the last 3 years.
