Recruitment Advisor – Real Estate Finance

We offer a dynamic legal environment with a broad real‑estate capability across London, Manchester and Southampton, along with support from our offices in France, Germany and Luxembourg. The role involves complex, high‑value transactions across the full range of assets.

Responsibilities
  • Assist on Real Estate Finance and CRE Structured Debt deals for lenders and sponsors.
  • Draft finance documents such as facility agreements, fee letters, syndication letters, mezzanine documentation, priority arrangements and intercreditor agreements.
  • Understand financing of diverse real‑estate assets and tools from vanilla investment work to structured debt and large‑scale developments.
  • Manage project aspects of deals working with partners, associates and paralegals.
  • Develop expertise in sector and specialist experience teams.
Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of real‑estate finance concepts and market awareness.
  • Proactive, flexible and adaptable with a commercial focus and the ability to provide high‑quality, concise, practical advice.
  • Excellent team and collaboration skills across the firm.
  • Enthusiasm for working with junior colleagues and helping them develop.
