Qualifications

• Minimum NVQ Level 2 in a relevant trade, preferably Roofing, Carpentry, or Brickwork.
• At least 3 years of trade experience in a multi-trade maintenance background.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a reactive environment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out reactive and planned maintenance works across multiple sites.
• Complete jobs efficiently, safely, and to a high standard.
• Communicate effectively with the office team.
