MAK Jobs is recruiting experienced Reach Truck Drivers for our client based in Crick (DIRFT). This is a fast-paced warehouse environment with an immediate start and a clear temp-to-perm pathway for reliable candidates.

Location: Crick, Northamptonshire (DIRFT, NN6) near Daventry & Northampton

Salary: £13.92 – £18.10 per hour

Shift Patterns: Permanent Nights

• Sunday – Thursday 22:00 – 06:00
• Monday – Friday 22:00 – 06:00
• 4 on 4 off 18:00 – 06:00 (highest pay rate)

Key Responsibilities

• Operate FLT safely and efficiently
• Loading/unloading, stock movement and goods relocation within the warehouse
• Goods In / Goods Out duties
• General warehouse operative tasks as required
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area
• Adhere to all health & safety standards

Requirements

• Valid, in-date Reach Truck Licence (RTITB or ITSSAR accredited essential)
• Proven recent experience on Counterbalance trucks
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine team player
• Available for immediate start on night shifts
