A top automotive parts distributor in Ashford seeks a skilled RDC Operations Manager to lead warehouse processes and manage a team. The ideal candidate has a track record in warehouse management within a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include ensuring efficient operations and developing the warehouse team. As an RDC Operations Manager at GSF Car Parts, you are responsible for motivating and leading a team of Warehouse Operatives and Delivery Drivers. As the RDC Operations Manager, you will oversee the warehouse processes and systems in order to ensure goods are received and dispatched appropriately, and that productivity targets are met.
Main Duties include:
Working hours: 45 (average) hours Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturday working
As an RDC Operations Manager, you will have a great track record of managing a warehouse, ideally gained within a fast-paced environment such as FMCG.
