Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience within an automation or scientific environment.
• Strong background in laboratory automation, developing automated workflows for complex assays.
• Advanced skills in Python required; knowledge of C# is advantageous.
• Experience in managing integrated laboratory systems, including scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the R&D Automation team, providing technical direction.
• Own the delivery of automation systems, from concept to deployment.
• Oversee programming and troubleshooting of automated liquid handling systems.
• Collaborate with teams to implement software upgrades and resolve issues.
• Ensure documentation and training to support automated transitions.
• Work with digital teams to automate data flows ensuring compliance.
