About the Product and Role

Thisrolewilllead the R&Dgroup responsibleforOptimove’sDigitalPersonalizationPlatform,Optimove Personalize (formerlyknown asOpti-X), whichuses over 20 Machine Learning drivenrecommendation models topersonalize in real-time on-site, in-app andoutboundcampaigncontentto drive up customer engagement.

ThisR&Dgroup consists of4softwaredevelopmentteams: twofocu s sed on new feature development,onefocu s sed on our ML Platform and one focu s sed ondata ingestionand platform integrations. The group consists of~25 developers and QA s .

Workingcollaboratively withProduct Managementand Data Science, the R&D Group Manageris responsible for leading the teams that design, evolve and operateOptimove Personalize , including setting engineering standards, processes,structureand recruitm ent.
