Qualifications

• Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
• Experience of administering Construction Contracts required.
• Experience administering Framework Agreements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure contractual obligations are adhered to in line with scope, price, and program.
• Valuing and interpreting contractor applications and quotes.
• Submitting detailed Applications for Payment in a timely manner.
• Preparing supporting documentation for Final Account submission.
• Processing and issuing Subcontract Orders.
