Job summary

A global engineering consultancy is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Birmingham. In this role, you will support the Project Manager in fulfilling contractual obligations, produce cost plans, and evaluate tender submissions. Ideal candidates will hold a degree in Quantity Surveying or be chartered (MRICS), with experience in complex infrastructure projects and knowledge of NEC Contracts. Qualifications

• Chartered QS MRICS or degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, working towards chartered status.
• Proven experience in delivering complex infrastructure schemes.
• Experience with NEC Contracts and using Cemar.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Manager in fulfilling contractual obligations.
• Produce detailed cost plans and manage resources effectively.
• Implement value engineering and evaluate tender submissions.
