We are seeking an experienced anddetail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our construction team inLondon. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing projectcosts, maximising value, and ensuring financial oversight throughout the entireproject lifecycle. You will work closely with the Production, Design teams, Subcontractorsand other stakeholders to deliver high-quality, cost-effective constructionprojects.

Your main tasks:
  • Prepare costestimates, bills of quantities, and tender documentation.
  • Monitor and controlproject expenditure, ensuring accurate financial forecasting andreporting.
  • Procuresubcontractor packages and evaluate bids, providing clear recommendations.
  • Prepare tenderlists, tender analysis, and tender reports.
  • Work with ProjectManager/Project Director/Design Manager to develop comprehensive scopes ofwork.
  • Manage subcontractorpackages as required.
  • Prepare contracts,subcontract applications, and payment notices.
  • Resolve commercialissues with clients, contractors, and the wider project team.
  • Work collaborativelywith the Project Lead and the production team.
  • Provide support,guidance, and advice to the project team
