As a Quantity Surveyor at Pointer, you will work closely with Project Managers and the wider operations team to ensure robust commercial, contractual, and risk management processes are consistently applied across projects. You will take a hands‑on approach to commercial control, cost analysis, subcontractor management, and financial reporting, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with our high‑quality standards. Your work will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of secure, compliant, and financially successful fire and security systems across the UK.
The ideal candidate will bring strong commercial acumen and a detail‑oriented mindset. Confident and collaborative, they will be adept at building relationships with both internal teams and external partners. A natural problem solver, they will be proactive, resilient, and able to work independently while contributing positively to the wider team. With strong organisational skills and a commitment to delivering value, they will play a key role in the successful commercial management of projects.
