A leading drylining contractor in East Yorkshire is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to manage their own projects in high-spec commercial schemes. Qualifications

  • Experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor managing own projects.
  • Background in drylining, interiors or fit-out preferred.
  • Confident in managing multiple packages and maintaining robust reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Run own drylining and interiors packages on major commercial projects.
  • Lead valuations, variations, cost reporting and forecasting.
  • Procure subcontract packages and manage commercial delivery.
  • Work closely with site teams to track progress and ensure financial control.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Primarily based in the East Yorkshire area with occasional regional travel.
  • 4 days on site, 1 day office/home.

Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor

We’re recruiting on behalf of a major drylining contractor with a strong reputation for delivering large, high-spec commercial schemes. They work with leading contractors and clients across sectors including student accommodation, mixed‑use developments, offices and major refurbishment projects. They’re looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor who can take full ownership of their own schemes.

This is an autonomous position where you’ll manage your own projects, working closely with site teams and overseeing commercial performance from procurement to final accounts.

  • Run your own drylining and interiors packages on major commercial projects
