A leading health service provider in the UK is looking for a Quality & Safety Trainer to deliver training on fire safety and other quality initiatives. This part-time or flexible role involves traveling to various training centers across Essex and Kent. Candidates should possess relevant fire safety qualifications and experience in training delivery. The position offers competitive pro-rata pay and a range of benefits aimed at supporting staff health and wellness.
We’re seeking an experienced and compassionate individual to join our team as a Mandatory Trainer, predominantly focusing on the delivery of Fire Safety, Warden, Evacuation training. There will also be a requirement to deliver other Quality & Safety training where needed – BLS, PM&H, Conflict resolution for clinical colleagues across our Community Adult and Children’s Services. This is a unique opportunity for someone who’s looking to step back into the sector in a part‑time or flexible capacity while making a real difference.
Due to the nature of this role, you will be required to travel to our Essex, Kent and Prison (Chelmsford & Norwich) hubs to deliver training.
