A growing and well‑established manufacturing business is seeking a Quality Manager to lead and develop site‑wide quality systems in a fast‑paced production environment. This role will suit a hands‑on, lead‑from‑the‑front quality professional with strong systems knowledge and a passion for driving standards, compliance, and continuous improvement. Reporting into senior operations, you'll take ownership of the Quality Management System, lead and develop a small quality team, and work closely with production, engineering, and supply chain to set expectations, challenge standards, and embed a strong quality culture across the site. Quality Manager Responsibilities Include

• Developing, maintaining, and improving quality systems, documentation, procedures, and SOPs.

• Using data‑driven insights to identify trends, address issues, and drive continuous improvement.
