Quality & Environmental Coordinator (6 Month FTC) – Lurgan

Quality & Environmental Coordinator is a 6‑month fixed‑term contract role based at the Lurgan site. The successful candidate will promote quality achievement and improvement throughout the organisation.

Reports to

Quality & Environmental Manager

Role Overview

The role includes:

  • Assist with compliance systems and processes, development to ISO 9001 quality, ISO 14001 environmental standards, and other compliance obligations on site for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure customer complaints are handled with a thorough investigation process and identify key trends with assistance from operations team and the Quality & Environmental Manager.
  • Ensure non‑conformance are handled with a thorough investigation process and identify key trends with the assistance from operations teams and the Quality Environmental Manager.
  • Conduct internal audits as per audit schedule, raising corrective action requests and following up until closure.
  • Document control and management – creating, storing, organising, tracking and distribution of key documents to be always readily available.
Experience and Qualifications
  • Training and education to ISO standards, particularly ISO 9001:2015 quality management and ideally ISO 14001 environmental management.
  • 2 years experience working within a busy manufacturing environment.
  • High level IT skills including proficiency in full MS Office suite, Excel, Word, Outlook, Access.
  • Proficiency in generating written procedures and work instructions.
