• You must have Level 3 qualifications to progress towards HNC/HND level.
• A minimum of 5 GCSEs at level 4 (C grade) including Math, Science, and English is required.
• Show interests in mechanical and hydraulic design.

• You will support quality engineering efforts across departments.
• Conduct failure analyses and implement preventative actions.
• Participate in structured work-based rotations to gain experience.
