QA Engineer required by a thriving Digital Agency who have established a new team for a major 5-year project with their biggest client – a well-known hospitality chain in the UK.

This QA Engineer role is key in delivering high-quality mobile and web applications, and the ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in both manual and automation QA engineering.

For this QA Engineer role, you will be responsible for defining and implementing manual and automation testing strategies for mobile and web applications, developing and maintaining test plans, cases, and automated scripts. You will execute functional and performance tests, identify, report, and troubleshoot defects while ensuring seamless integration of tests within CI/CD pipelines. Additionally, you will document testing processes, contribute to continuous improvements, and collaborate with teams to uphold quality standards.

Technical Skills & Experience Required:

• 5+ years of QA engineering experience.
• Expertise in testing complex mobile and web applications.
• Experience with Playwright or Cypress, and WebdriverIO and Appium.
• Knowledge of TypeScript is a plus.
• Strong understanding of BDD/Gherkin methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple digital projects concurrently.
• High attention to detail with a proactive problem-solving approach.
