• Familiarity with device management concepts and tools (e.g., MDM, Intune, Jamf, or Fleet).
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to write clear, reproducible bug reports and test documentation.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills for cross-functional teamwork with engineers and QA teammates.
• Comfortable regularly repeating structured manual testing processes, regression testing, and feature validation.
• Bonus: Hands-on experience testing across multiple operating systems and devices.

Responsibilities

• Manually test Fleet releases across all supported platforms.
• Perform smoke tests and regression tests before and after releases.
• Reproduce new bug reports to confirm behavior, gather logs, and assist engineers.
• Identify, reproduce, and document issues found during testing.
• Create, maintain, and improve detailed test plans, checklists, and test cases.
• Collaborate with QA Engineers, Software Engineers, and Product Designers.
• Validate user experiences and device enrollment flows on multiple operating systems.
• Support end-to-end validation of new MDM and device management capabilities.

Your primary responsibilities 🔭

• 🧪 Manually test Fleet releases across all supported platforms (macOS, Windows, Linux, iOS, Android) to confirm key workflows and device management features work as expected.
• 🚀 Perform smoke tests and regression tests before and after releases to validate functionality, stability, and performance.
• 🐞 Reproduce new bug reports to confirm behavior, gather logs, and assist engineers in isolating root causes.
• 🔍 Identify, reproduce, and document issues found during testing and work closely with QA Engineers and Software Engineers to verify fixes.
• 📋 Create, maintain, and improve detailed test plans, checklists, and test cases to ensure consistent coverage across product areas and devices.
• 🤝 Collaborate with QA Engineers, Software Engineers, and Product Designers to ensure new features meet quality standards and user expectations.
• 📱 Validate user experiences and device enrollment flows on multiple operating systems, ensuring reliability and consistency for IT admins and end users.
• 🧭 Support end-to-end validation of new MDM and device management capabilities as they are developed.
