A construction and engineering firm in the UK is seeking a Quality Advisor to oversee project quality assurance. The role involves ensuring compliance with standards, developing quality plans, and coaching teams for continuous improvement. Ideal candidates will have a Level 4 qualification in Quality and experience in relevant roles. Make a difference where it matters. As a Quality Advisor, you’ll help ensure our projects meet customer and stakeholder requirements from day one, embedding Right First Time and Zero Harm across the full lifecycle. You’ll coordinate assurance activities, verify compliance against our standards and accreditations, and champion our values every step of the way.

Balfour Beatty’s Power Transmission & Distribution teams work with regional, national and international electricity network owners and operators to provide technical engineering solutions across the full spectrum of the electricity grid, including overhead lines, cabling, substations and distribution networks. From scoping and feasibility, to design, construction and on‑going maintenance, our in‑house experts, flexible resources and industry‑leading innovations support customers in the development of some of the UK’s most ambitious power transmission and distribution projects.
