We are now seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager or Supervisor to join our team on a major Data Centre project in Belgium, working with a Tier 1 main contractor. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong MV experience who is comfortable working away from home and delivering high‑quality results in a fast‑paced environment.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for:

• Monitoring and managing the quality of MV terminations on site
• Ensuring all works meet project specifications, industry standards, and client expectations
• Implementing and maintaining QA/QC processes and documentation
• Coordinating with site teams, subcontractors, and the client’s quality representatives
• Providing guidance, oversight, and reporting on quality performance

Requirements

• Proven experience in QA/QC management or supervision
• Strong background in MV installations and terminations
• Experience on data centre or large industrial projects (preferred)
• Ability to work away from home in Belgium for the contract duration
• Strong communication, organisation, and reporting skills
