We’re seeking an experienced and motivated PRS Manager to join our Private Rented Services Enforcement team. You will lead a team to deliver high-quality services to tenants, landlords, and property owners in the Private Rented Sector (PRS), ensuring compliance with legislation and supporting Birmingham City Council’s objectives.
This is a dynamic role requiring strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage resources effectively in a fast-paced environment.
We’re looking for a highly motivated person who shares our commitment to improving the private rented sector for all residents and driving out bad landlords.
