A leading management consultancy in Greater London is seeking a Bid Coordinator/Specialist to join their Public Sector Business Development team. The successful candidate will manage the bid process, ensuring high-quality submissions aligned with strategic goals. Strong project management and organizational skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, are essential. This role also welcomes applications for flexible or part-time arrangements.

In our UK office, we have a burgeoning Public Sector practice and we are currently seeking a Bid Coordinator/Specialist (depending on experience) to join our Public Sector Business Development team.
This person will lead the preparation and submission of compelling, client-focused bids that align with Efficio’s strategic goals and enhance our success in winning new business.
Skills and Experience:
· Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously.
· Experience in managing bid processes independently, ensuring compliance and timely delivery.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management systems.
· Excellent attention to detail and high standards in written communication.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
