• Base salary + revenue share of your team (uncapped)

• Work closely with the Sales Director and CEO every week, becoming a key player as the business scales
  
• Join a circle of top-performing managers, sharing strategies and scaling each other's success.
• If your team of 8 sells an average of 7 properties per month at an average deal value of £9,000, you’d take 1.25% of £504,000 per month – on top of your base salary.
