A prestigious law firm is seeking a motivated Property Paralegal for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The ideal candidate will assist solicitors, prepare documentation, and handle Land Registry applications. Strong technical skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook are essential, alongside excellent communication abilities. This entry-level role offers exposure to a broad range of legal work in property law.
Harbottle & Lewis invites you to apply for the Property Paralegal role. The position is a 12‑month fixed‑term contract.
At Harbottle & Lewis everyone operates at the top of their discipline and we only hire people who share our clients’ entrepreneurial values and focus on excellence. Our clients range from start‑ups to multinational companies, household names to private individuals and their family offices. For over 60 years we have acted for some of the most creative, talented and successful people, businesses and corporates across all of their legal needs. We are well known for our stand‑out expertise in the Technology, Media and Entertainment sectors, but our capabilities spread far wider. Whether we are talking about wealth, relationships or information, our private capital expertise enables us to support our clients and help them successfully develop, grow and protect their assets.
The work of the Property Group encompasses a broad range of work for private individuals, companies (including property development companies and investment vehicles and commercial businesses requiring premises for their own occupation), charities, private banks and high‑profile organisations and individuals. The work involves mainly properties in London and the South East of England and covers offices, shops and residential development. While the focus of the Group is on commercial clients, we act in conjunction with our Private Client Team for clients on the acquisition of high‑end homes.
