About this opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity working within the Housing Retrofit team to support the delivery of the new Warm Homes programme; providing a professional and high-level customer experience; and providing the team with administrative support to assist with the delivery of the programme and contracts, to improve the energy efficiency to resident’s homes.

You will have customer experience and a strong administrative background, ideally with a knowledge of housing retrofit. Excellent interpersonal, and communication skills are essential to further establish and maintain an effective team working and develop partnerships.

About you

You will be dynamic and flexible, with a can-do attitude and a strong focus on delivery. You should be a team player but be able to organise your own workload and be committed to providing a high standard of customer service. You will have high competency with IT in particular Word and Excel, and ideally have a knowledge of the Government’s retrofit programmes.

You will be part of a flexible and responsive Housing Team where we work together to get the job done.
