  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and project team members.
  • Aim to achieve a structured work distribution and a competitive work organisation in a healthy and motivating work environment.
  • Put the customer first and, to the best of your ability, meet their expectations.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including engineering, operations, and client services, to ensure project success.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Ensure availability and effective allocation of resources.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Measure project performance using suitable systems, tools, and techniques.
  • Carry out risk management to minimise project risks.
  • Communicate project status, updates, and performance metrics to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Essential Requirements and Competencies:
  • Proven leadership and excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster strong, positive working relationships
  • A proactive attitude and strong commitment to work, supported by a solid technical background in project management or a related field; an advanced degree or PMP certification is a plus
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
  • Experience in tendering processes, including sales calculations and cost estimations
  • Demonstrated expertise in budget planning, implementation, and cost control
  • Comfortable with last‑minute changes and able to adapt quickly under pressure
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong proficiency in project management software and the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Willingness and availability to travel to project sites as required
  • Open to working on weekends when urgent project needs arise
What we offer:
  • A dynamic, international work environment driven by quality and innovation
  • Opportunities for continuous professional development and long‑term career growth
  • A role within a fast‑growing, forward‑thinking company
  • Supportive, professional, and friendly colleagues
