Our client, a prestigious Construction Company based in Park Royal, London, is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced professional to deliver financial oversight, contract administration, and commercial leadership across their expanding portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee multiple residential construction projects from planning to completion
  
• Maintain clear project scope, timelines, and milestones
  
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure timely delivery
  
• Conduct regular site visits and progress reviews across project locations
  
• Monitor quality, safety compliance, and adherence to building regulations
  
• Provide consistent updates to stakeholders and leadership
  
• Support cost planning, tender reviews, and contractor assessments
  
• Ensure accurate processing of variations and subcontractor invoices
  

Contribute to long-term client satisfaction and repeat business

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager or similar role in the UK construction industry
  
• Strong track record delivering residential or refurbishment projects
  
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
  
• Familiarity with cost estimation and project financial oversight
  
• Valid UK driving licence
  
• Professional qualification obtained from an accredited UK university
