A leading global service provider is seeking a Project Manager for asset management at Hereford County Hospital. The role requires overseeing asset verification, lifecycle assessments, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. Ideal candidates should have a solid background in asset management, particularly within healthcare or PFI environments. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the asset management workstream, ensuring the accurate verification, condition assessment, and transfer readiness of all physical assets under the contract. This role is critical in providing assurance that asset information is robust, validated, and aligned with contractual and technical requirements ahead of transition back to the Trust.
You will oversee asset data validation, lifecycle reconciliation, and technical due diligence, working closely with operational teams and stakeholders to support a smooth and compliant handback. In addition, the role will be responsible for ensuring the successful development and delivery of the annual Lifecycle Plan, safeguarding asset condition, value, and long-term performance.
