Due to a period of sustained growth, we are looking to recruit a Project Manager to join our Professional Services team delivering specialist land and property services and land referencing projects to high profile clients undertaking major business process, infrastructure and regeneration development projects.
The Project Manager will have direct responsibility for delivery of projects utilising best practice project management procedures, monitoring and controlling project progress and performance, and reporting timely, accurate management information to the Operational Management Team and other stakeholders.
The Project Manager must direct and motivate project teams to ensure all projects tasks are completed to the highest standards and compliance.
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant to the business and have a minimum of 2 years of experience in project management or customer engagement within a similar environment. They must be adept at influencing and empowering project team members to meet objectives collaboratively and have strong skills in monitoring and controlling project budgets. The candidate should be capable of handling a large and diverse project workload, demonstrate proven leadership and motivational abilities, and exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills. They should be confident in managing customers to achieve positive outcomes, detail‑oriented, and able to work under strict deadlines within a team.
A focus on accuracy, productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness is essential.
It is highly desirable for you to have a formal project management qualification and experience of land referencing, land ownership, or property subject area.
