Job description

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team! Here at Antac we are going through a large amount of growth within the MoD Housing area of the business. We are continuing to take on new projects and are looking for someone who will be able to oversee these from a management level and ensure that projects are being executed to a high standard and within the agreed timeframes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee additional projects within housing – including VUNS, damp and mould and any additional works
• Liaising with clients to determine what is needed and ensuring we deliver to the agreed timelines and budgets
• Direct Management of 2 supervisors and overseeing subcontractor works
• Delivery of projects within scope whilst following contractual processes

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience in managing multiple minor refurbishment projects from prestart through to completion
• Experience managing health and safety processes
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to pass security vetting
• Salary between £45,000 – £55,000 per annum
• Company van and fuel card
