Overview

Arc-Tech MU is a fully accredited GIRS, WIRS and NERS utility company with a dynamic approach to the installation and commissioning of Gas, Water, and Electrical infrastructure for the Scottish construction sector.

We are a member of the CCG Group – one of Scotland’s largest, privately-owned construction and manufacturing companies – and are looking to expand our team with an experienced Multi-Utility Project Coordinator who has worked on large-scale projects with a proven track record within the industry.

Salary: DOE
Hours: Full time, Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5.00pm, Friday 8.30am to 4.00pm (Core flexible hours available)
Location: 11 Cambuslang Road, Cambuslang Investment Park, Glasgow, G32 8NB
Status: Permanent – this is a site/office-based role. No working from home.

The Role – Electrical
  • IDNO – plan in all live connections
  • DNO – plan in all LV & HV connections via Radar
  • Complete all relevant job packs required to be sent to IDNO/DNO
  • Creating work packs for teams
  • Plan a team for programmed works
  • Updating Radar for live connections
  • Create a completion pack for DNO/IDNO when work is complete.
  • Book in temp connections
  • Update whereabouts on IDNO portal
The Role – Water
  • Confirm works /projects are ready for install with site team.
  • Arrange DOMS for complex / non-complex connections.
  • Have relevant experience working on SW portal.
  • Plan all works relevant to live connections.
  • Book in primary connection
  • Book in advance connection
  • Book in S/W inspections for commercial connections
  • Book in sampling with PH team
  • Send out work packs to operational team.
  • Arranging DSCAS/DSCON/LIMS numbers
  • Booking in temp supplies to sites
The Role – Gas
  • Book/organise teams for programmed works
  • Creating work pack for operational teams
  • Booking in complete and correct perimetry for IDNO/DNO (RO’s FM144’s)
  • Plan and in live connections with DNO/IDNO
  • Plan disconnections with DNO/IDNO
  • Submit whereabouts on IDNO portal
The Role – Water Vesting
  • Preferred qualification but not as essential as training will be given
