An educational institution is seeking a skilled project administrator to join their People & Culture team. This role involves project administration for a transformative HR program, requiring expert administration and exceptional communication skills. The position offers a hybrid working model and a supportive team environment, alongside 42 days off annually. Candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong organisational skills and experience in validating information. Interested applicants can contact Esher Rauth for more details.
This role will be based on the University campus with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner.
Working on one of the University's transformational programmes, the Corporate Processes & Systems Programme is providing the opportunity for People & Culture to transform the way that we deliver Human Resources and Organisational Development & Professional Learning Services, through the implementation of new technology, process re-design and changes to how people interact with our Services.
You will join the People & Culture delivery team (which reports to the Director of People Programmes and Planning, through the People & Culture Directorate Business Lead) and have, as your main focus, project administration. We are a positive, friendly and effective team with a challenging and varied workload. You will need expert administration skills, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and team working skills.
The post involves working with a range of colleagues from across the Directorate, validating information that has been proposed in design workshops or by our systems implementation partners (NTT), and your input will shape the final build of our new systems and processes. As the project transitions from the design phase into testing, this role will play a key part in supporting user acceptance testing (UAT) activities, ensuring solutions meet business requirements and are ready for successful deployment
You will have experience of using Microsoft Office and be confident in the use of SharePoint, Excel and PowerPoint. You will have experience of prioritising your own workload and have excellent organisational and administrative skills
