Join GTA’s finance team as a full‑time Project Accountant to manage billing across multiple offices.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage timely, accurate billing for projects across multiple offices.
  • Prepare, review, and finalize invoices that reflect project scope and contract terms.
  • Set up and maintain project data, including billing rates, payment terms, and client information.
  • Collaborate daily with project managers, accountants, and senior leaders to ensure smooth billing operations.
  • Research and resolve billing discrepancies with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives that enhance efficiency and insight.
  • Build trusted relationships with internal teams and clients, becoming a reliable resource across the organization.
What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree required (Accounting, Finance or Business preferred).
  • 2+ years of project billing or accounting experience — ideally in the AEC, professional services, legal, or consulting industries.
  • Experience utilizing an ERP system is required; exposure to BST Global, Deltek Vision, Axium, or other project-based systems is a strong plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; you thrive in complex, multi‑project environments.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
