Programme Manager (Maternity Cover)

The Diocese of Carlisle is looking for a Programme Manager to lead a diverse programme of work, inspire confidence across organisations and take on new challenges.

Responsibilities

• Lead the programme management of ‘The Cumbrian Way’
• Provide Project Management support to our Church Planting work across the diocese
• Manage the Programme Management Office staff team
• Be a key point of contact for our newly appointed Research and Evaluation partner

This is a part‑time position for 24 hours per week (0.69 FTE), fixed term until December 2026.

Salary: £50,702 FTE
