Design and implement robust performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to track project health, delivery timelines, and financial performance. Ensure all project activities consistently demonstrate measurable value and cost‑effectiveness.
  • Commercial management
Provide oversight of commercial governance across all project activities, ensuring alignment with financial objectives and operational standards. Develop and maintain management reporting that clearly illustrates project and resource utilisation, profitability, and performance trends. Proactively identify opportunities for optimisation and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance commercial outcomes.
