Job description

The Programme Funding Manager plays a pivotal role in securing and managing institutional funding from trusts, foundations, government agencies, and multilateral donors to support Brooke’s global programmes. You will lead on the development of high-quality funding proposals, build and strengthen donor relationships, and ensure compliance with grant requirements. You will work closely with country teams, technical experts, finance, and MEAL (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability & Learning) to design and deliver impactful funding proposals and reports.

The Programme Funding Manager sits in the Programme Development and Impact Team and works closely with the Country/Regional Programmes and the Fundraising and Communications Team in the UK. The role will report to the Head of Programme Development and Impact.

Criteriacluir
In order to excel in this post, you will need strong knowledge of the programme cycle management, significant experience and a successful track record securing grants from key institutional funders and proven experience of building productive relationships, both internally and externally.
