A leading telecommunications provider seeks a Programme Delivery Manager to oversee the end-to-end deployment of Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) across target regions. This role requires proven telecom programme management experience, particularly in wireless deployment, and offers the opportunity to work in a hybrid model. The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage vendors, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards, while also driving successful project outcomes. The Programme Delivery Manager reports to the COO and leads the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of our Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) deployment programme. Responsible for coordinating cross‑functional teams, managing timelines and budgets, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and driving successful FWA rollout across target regions.
Technical – Demonstrable experience of programme management with a proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Primavera).
Leadership – Effective leader who can inspire and motivate their team to achieve the team goals. Ability to build and manage high‑performing teams, set clear expectations, and provide regular feedback and coaching.
Communication – Excellent communicator who can convey technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
Project Management – Proven project management skills to deliver requirements on time and in budget.
