Join us as a Programme Controller at our PTP (Portsdown Technology Park) site in Portsmouth, where you will work with advanced technology alongside some of the most brilliant minds.
As a Programme Controller, you will play a critical role in enabling the successful delivery of large, complex programmes by leading teams and embedding strong programme controls across Integrated Delivery Teams (IDTs). Day‑to‑day, you’ll lead and support project controllers across multiple sites, work closely with IDT leads, provide assurance on delivery performance, and help shape and embed new ways of working across programmes and portfolios. You will also support IDTs managing portfolios or programmes of £100m+, ensuring delivery remains on track and controls are applied consistently across complex projects.

This role is 37 hours per week based at PTP (Portsdown Technology Park), Portsmouth. Hybrid working patterns are available. Travel to other QinetiQ and customer sites will be expected.
