This role is critical in managing complex, cross-functional projects that bring innovative medicines to patients efficiently and compliantly.**Key responsibilities:*** Manage end-to-end New Product Introduction (NPI) projects from concept to commercial launch.* Develop and implement strategies for commercial readiness, including capacity planning and resource allocation.* Identify and mitigate risks to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.* Lead cross-functional teams across R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Finance.* Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and report progress to leadership.* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise NPI processes and reduce costs.**Knowledge, skills & experience:*** Significant experience leading NPI and commercial readiness programmes* Expertise in technology and facility transfer* Ability to influence, drive momentum cross functionally and problem solveThis is your chance to play a pivotal role in delivering life-changing medicines to patients worldwide.
