Part of the role will take on responsibility for a range of operational metrics and reports, enabling production improvements. You’ll be involved with planning across a specific product group that encompasses manufacturing and shipping processes, understanding how the production control team supports business functions and collaboration with colleagues/stakeholders across Commercial, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, Production Engineering and Sourcing functions, related to production control requirements and standards.

What we’re looking for
  • Have a STEM or Business degree, or relevant business experience.
  • Work or academic experiences that demonstrate team working skills.
  • Experience within a similar industry (aerospace, defence or automative sector experience) is beneficial, however this role also offers an exciting opportunity to graduates looking to develop within an established and high-performing manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, showing concentration and focus, with an interest in engineering.
  • Share and demonstrate the Martin-Baker Values.

You’ll learn from experts who will help you obtain a wide understanding of an engineering business, encouraging you to develop new skills and gain strong industry experience.
